DMCA - Copyright Infringement Notice

Last Updated: January 15, 2026

Welcome to Our DMCA Page

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We also expect our visitors and users to do the same. This page explains how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a proper DMCA notice. We will respond quickly to remove or disable access to the material that you claim is infringing.

Please read this entire page carefully. It tells you exactly what information you need to send us and how to send it. If you send an incomplete or incorrect notice, we may not be able to process it.

What Is the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act is a law in the United States that helps copyright owners protect their work online. If someone posts your copyrighted content without your permission, you can send a DMCA takedown notice to the website owner. The website owner must then remove the content quickly to avoid legal liability.

Our website is an app portal. We list apps and games from official app stores. We do not host any app files ourselves. However, we may sometimes display app descriptions, icons, screenshots, or other content that could be copyrighted. If you own that content and did not give us permission to use it, please tell us.

What Information Must Be in Your DMCA Notice?

Under the DMCA law, your notice must include all of the following information to be valid. If any information is missing, we cannot process your request. We will email you back asking for the missing information. This will delay the process.

Required Information:

  • Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. We need this to contact you about your claim.
  • Description of your copyrighted work: Tell us exactly what work you own that has been infringed. For example, "I own a game called XYZ" or "I am the developer of app ABC." Please be specific.
  • Location of the infringing content on our website: Give us the exact URL (web address) of the page where you found your content. For example: https://codezenithai.com/games/example-game. If you do not give us the URL, we cannot find the content to remove it.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith: You must state that you honestly believe the use of your content on our website is not authorized by you, the copyright owner, or the law.
  • A statement that your notice is accurate: You must state that the information in your notice is correct and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your electronic or physical signature: You can type your full name at the end of your email as your signature. This is acceptable under the law.

Please put all of this information in your email. Do not just say "remove my content." Give us the details we need. This helps us process your request quickly and correctly.

How to Send Your DMCA Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated DMCA agent via email:

Email address: support@codezenithai.com

Subject line: Please write "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line of your email. This helps us find your message quickly among all the other emails we receive.

We check this email address regularly. We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 2 to 3 business days. If we agree that your content is being used without permission, we will remove it or disable access to it immediately. We will also notify you by email when the content has been removed.

What Happens After You Send a DMCA Notice?

Here is our process:

  1. We receive your DMCA notice by email.
  2. We check to make sure all required information is included.
  3. If something is missing, we email you back and ask for the missing information.
  4. If everything is complete, we review your claim to see if it is valid.
  5. If we agree that your content is being used without permission, we remove or disable access to that content.
  6. We email you to confirm that the content has been removed.
  7. If the person who posted the content (if any) disagrees with your claim, they may send us a counter-notice (explained below).

We take copyright claims seriously. We do not want to host infringing content. If you send a valid notice, we will act quickly.

What If You Sent a Wrong DMCA Notice?

Sometimes people send DMCA notices by mistake. Maybe you thought your content was on our website but it was not. Maybe you do not actually own the copyright to that content. That is okay. Mistakes happen.

If you realize you sent a wrong or false DMCA notice, please email us immediately and let us know. We will cancel the takedown request. No hard feelings.

However, please be aware that under the DMCA, you can be held liable for damages if you knowingly make a false claim of copyright infringement. This means if you send a fake DMCA notice to harass someone or to get content removed that you do not own, you could get sued. So please only send real, honest claims.

Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed by Mistake)

If you are the person who posted content on our website (for example, an app developer or a user) and we removed your content because someone sent a DMCA notice against you, you have the right to send us a counter-notice.

Under the DMCA, you can send a counter-notice if you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  • Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it was located before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the content was removed by mistake
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Send your counter-notice to the same email: support@codezenithai.com with "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject line.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant (the person who sent the DMCA notice). The original complainant then has 10 to 14 business days to file a court action against you. If they do not, we may restore your content.

Please note: We are not lawyers. We cannot give you legal advice. If you are unsure about whether to send a counter-notice, you should talk to a lawyer.

Repeat Infringers

We take copyright laws seriously. If someone repeatedly sends false DMCA notices or repeatedly posts infringing content, we may block them from using our website.

Our policy: We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user or copyright claimant who repeatedly submits invalid or abusive DMCA notices.

Content We Do Not Host

Important reminder: Our website is an app portal. We do not host any app files, APKs, IPA files, or any other downloadable content. We simply provide links to official app stores like Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Microsoft Store.

If you believe an app on Google Play Store or Apple App Store is infringing your copyright, you need to contact that app store directly. We cannot remove an app from Google Play. Only Google can do that. We can only remove the link to that app from our website.

Similarly, if an app developer is using your images or text in their app listing on an app store, you must file a DMCA notice with that app store. We have no control over third-party app stores.

Our DMCA process is only for content that appears directly on our website (for example, text, images, or descriptions that we have written or uploaded). We cannot remove content from other websites on your behalf.

Disclaimer

The information on this page is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. We are not lawyers. If you need legal advice about copyright infringement or the DMCA, please consult a qualified attorney.

We provide this information to help you understand our DMCA process. But your specific situation may require legal advice. We cannot tell you whether your claim is valid or whether you should send a counter-notice. Only a lawyer can do that.

Fake DMCA Notices

We want to be very clear: Do not send fake DMCA notices. Some people use fake DMCA notices to harass competitors or remove content they do not like. This is illegal.

If we believe you have sent a knowingly false DMCA notice, we may:

  • Ignore your notice and not remove the content
  • Report you to the appropriate authorities
  • Block your email address from contacting us in the future
  • Share your information with the person you targeted so they can pursue legal action against you

Please be honest and fair. Only send DMCA notices if you truly own the copyright and your content is being used without permission on our website.
