• Your use of trading analysis tools is legal and compliant under the local laws and regulations of your country of residence.
• You are accessing ZEBO TRADER for your own personal, non-commercial trading analysis.

ZEBO TRADER provides real-time algorithmic market scanning and signal generation based on multi-indicator technical analysis (EMA crossovers, RSI levels, MACD divergence, and ATR volatility).

Signals generated on this website are probabilistic technical models, not guarantees of profit or future financial outcomes. ZEBO TRADER reserves the right to modify, adjust, or suspend the signal generation algorithm, asset coverage, or operational parameters at any time without prior notice.

Users strictly agree NOT to:

• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or high-frequency automated scripts to flood or abuse the signal generation API.
• Redistribute, sub-license, resell, or commercialize ZEBO TRADER signals without express written authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the backend security or infrastructure of the platform.
• Circumvent or tamper with rate limits, firewalls, or administrative security controls.

All software code, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, indicator algorithms, graphics, and textual documentation associated with ZEBO TRADER are the exclusive intellectual property of ZEBO TRADER and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The platform, signals, and all materials are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. ZEBO TRADER disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted server availability.

Under no circumstances shall ZEBO TRADER, its founders, operators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation financial trading losses, loss of profits, broker execution discrepancies, or business interruptions arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this service.
